This lace up knitted top from Express is a new favorite and should be on your must have list! I was so surprised when I received this top at how soft and cozy it is! I ordered it in black immediately! Lace ups have been a big trend for a little while now. The trend is certainly here to stay and I am glad about this! I think there is something super sexy and effortless about this trend, a peak of skin shown without showing everything! I would advise to wear this top with some jeans or long pants versus a shorter skirt, just to keep the amount of skin shown to a minimum….this plays into the whole effortless sexy vs. trying to be too sexy.
How cool is this little doorway behind me? Its’s the cutest and is actually quite random on this street in Winston. A favorite restaurant of mine and Pat’s is catty-cornered from this doorway, we noticed it right away when we ate there and then later a friend of mine suggested we take photos here too! I was like, we are on the same wavelength!
It’s cold and rainy here today. I don’t enjoy the rain and any temperature below 65 (even though I was born & raised in Pittsburgh, I can’t do the cold!), so this day calls for Ruby and I to snuggle and watch some Christmas movies!
