We arrived in Positano, Italy last Thursday and our trip has been flying by! If you have been following along on Instagram (@BrittanyAnnCourtney) then you know that we have also traveled through out the Amalfi Coast to Ravello and then we took a boat to Capri! I have so many wonderful photos to share, travel tips, things to do in these places and I can’t want to share it all with you!
Positano is one of the coolest places to visit in Italy. It’s a colorful city that is built into these massive cliffs all facing the Tyrrhenian Sea. If you have heard of Italy’s Amalfi Coast, it is one of the village towns along the coastline. One thing you must know is that the only way to get anywhere is to take stairs after stairs. I think in one day we walked fifty flights of stairs! You certainly need to keep that in mind if you are planning a trip with other people. It isn’t very accessible for those who wouldn’t be able to climb stairs all day long. I always had sandals in my bag with me in case I needed to switch into them for the sake of the stairs!
This white halter dress was perfect for the warm temperatures during the day as we walked around town exploring. I love that it ties at my neck and fits loosely through out the body. As I was climbing stairs and walking around, I wanted to be comfortable! This dress did not fail me! I always think white is the perfect color to wear when you are traveling as it always looks so pretty with whatever scenery you are in! My dress is currently sold out 🙁 but I have linked several similar ones in the below widget!
