Happy Monday everyone! Can you simply believe that we are already in full swing of the holiday season? I am a bit stressed just thinking what all needs done in three days before Thanksgiving! Pat literally just told me to relax when I said that to him out loud. He’s kind of right, what truly needs done before Thanksgiving? Sure, the house needs cleaned, food shopped for, desserts baked but in all reality, the world will not end if everything isn’t perfect. No one will remember if the rugs weren’t freshly swept, it’s more about taking time to enjoy your family and friends who come to gather. That’s really true for any time you get together with friends or family. The importance is being present in the moment and simply enjoying! So…I keep reminding myself that.
I absolutely love this little lace up sleeve number from Nordstrom. This brown color is so different from anything I own and I think it’s a refreshing color from the usual creams, gray, blacks and burgundys of the season! I think the little tie detail on the sleeves are so cute and super fun! I love this new purple pink sweater here that I recently discovered on their website too! It comes in an oatmeal cream color which would be super cute with a festive bow or scarf! I also wanted to remind all of you that my favorite brand of jeans is Express! Their jeans fit true to size, stay up over my hips and have the perfect amount of stretch. You can wear them multiple times before they need washed to form back to a tighter fit. This is key! Hahah!
