So I will admit first and foremost, I am not a “Happy over Halloween girl”. I have never really been into dressing up in a different costume and parading about! Actually, going to the bars with people disguised and faces hidden freaks me out! I think the whole concept is strange, when would you ever want to be somewhere with people all in masks and freaky things? I get that it could be a fun night out, something totally different, however, I tend to be something more simple with my face not hidden. Two years ago, I was the cookie monster and Pat was a big chocolate chip cookie!
This year, our plans are up in the air still, however, I saw these cat ears at Target and it got me thinking that I could throw together a super last minute costume.
My sweater is from SheIn, and I figured it is the most perfect sweater for the occasion. The back of it is ripped in a heart shape and has that whole, Halloween, scary feel! I paired it with black denim jeans from Nordstrom, and added leopard heels as a perfect play on the cat ears! You could even add more make up and draw a cat face onto yours if you wanted to! Perhaps, add some whiskers and paint in your nose? Anyway, just thought I would share an easy DIY Halloween costume if you get into a last minute bind and need something quick!
