You guys! This holiday blazer dress is so perfect for upcoming parties and events! It’s the season to be a little extra and this dress fits the bill 🙂
Plaid Blazer Dress // White Booties // Similar Pearl Headband // Similar Pink Handbag
The holidays are a time to wear something a little extra! Sequins, sparkles, rhinestones and perhaps a little extra make up for an overall glam look! I wanted to share this holiday blazer dress that I recently purchased! I love the embellished collar and the rhinestone buckle on the belt. I wouldn’t say it is your typical holiday look, but I like that it has these little embellished details to make it feel a little extra!
Blazer dresses have been a big trend for the past year. I shared one last February as inspiration for a Valentine’s date outfit here. I actually forgot that I had paired that coral blazer with faux leather leggings to give more coverage. I would suggest to do the same with this outfit if you are afraid the length isn’t long enough to be comfortable in! Simply add these faux leather leggings (everyone raves about this pair) underneath your blazer dress and wear with a pair of heels or flats! I have to say, I am 5’5″ and it is annoying when dresses are too short for me! I feel for you taller girls! I also feel with this blazer dress that because I have a booty, it pulls the length up a little bit. So if you aren’t as wide and big in the hips and butt as I am, then lengthwise, you’ll be okay! I don’t mind the dress being short for a night out, but if I wanted to wear this in a professional setting for a full day, I would not be comfortable in it unless I added the leggings!
This double strand pearl headband is fun! I had ordered mine from ASOS, but unfortunately it has since sold out! I linked a similar one here though:-)
