If you have been following me for a little while, you know that I love Fitness. I love the gym, I go 5-6 x a week. If I miss a work out, I literally feel like crap. That is just the honest truth. I use to get up in college at 545 AM to attend a spin cycling class because I loved the instructor and loved that by 630 in the morning, I had a strong work out in. I am proud of the transformation I have seen over the past year and a half and have many more goals that I want to achieve in a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to become leaner and stronger-without losing my curves! I want you to follow along my fitness journey with me! I have recently re-discovered the Zella brand from Nordstrom! When I had tried them in the past, I didn’t love the fabrication they were using for their leggings. They were not as comfortable and I felt after a few washes, they looked super worn. During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I thought I would give a few pairs a try again. I was pleasantly surprised when I had tried these red pairs on. They are a very soft fabrication for work out leggings, I love the mesh panel detailing and best of all, I love that they stay up on my hips when I am squatting and moving around the gym! I have spoken about these Zella seamless leggings that I also have recently purchased on my instagram stoires-holy cow-amazingly soft and I LOVE THEM so much!
